James M. Eason, PE	Jim Eason has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He is a Professional Engineer with registrations in several states. Jim is Vice-President responsible for the Atlanta, Georgia Division of JRL . Jim worked as a General Engineer in the South Eastern Region of the United States. He has been a Resident Engineer in the both the public and private sector, with administrative responsibilities for supervision of construction managers and architectural engineering consultants. Jim has also served as the Project Director for several multi-million dollar building projects. Jim's off time activities involve programs for children.

Ron Eason, President and CEO of JRL Engineering, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering and two minors in mechanical and electrical engineering. Ron's skills range from Mechanical and Electrical engineering - concept and feasibility analysis to energy conservation. Ron has more than 20 years of experience in applications engineering in manufacturing and industrial markets and a decade of experience in commercial consulting markets. Ron has varied interests including building his own plane and is involved in community affairs. His work includes aerospace/military research and he handled all the mechanical and electrical contracts for several large construction projects including the General Motors Fairfax plant in Kansas City, Missouri, a challenging design as you build project. Ron is an active member of professional organizations; ASHRAE, SME, and the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) but still finds time to participate in civic activities in his community. Liane Benway	Liane Benway, Director of JRL's Architectural and Technical Services Division, earned a five year Bachelor's Degree from the University of Oregon's Architecture and Allied Arts Program. She also attended the University of Colorado for work towards a Master's in Architecture. Liane is JRL's "creative arm" and "computer guru" with talents in several design and construction related fields. Liane has been a Project Director for multi-million dollar building projects with experience in both the public and private sectors. She manages JRL's computer related installations and upgrades. Liane is in charge of JRL's West Coast projects and Washington DC activities.
