2 Navigational Light Display

The KNOT-VUE™ H.U.D. can be wired to provide indication about the Navigational and Aircraft Lighting.
Following are examples can be applied to light an ICON ALARM Indicator.

  1. The "Auto Bright Light Icon" may be wired to the "Landing Lights" or "Navigational Lights." No Sensor is required.
  2. The "Left and Right Turning Arrows" can be used to indicate V.O.R. deviation if your NAV radio has a Left and Right Deviation "Out Put." (2 Relays maybe required)
  3. The "Left and Right Turning Arrows" can be used to indicate the Landing Gears. (Limit Switches Required)

ALARMS

4 Engine Alarm Display

The "KNOT-VUE™ H.U.D. can display Engine Alarms similar to newer autos now on the highways.

  1. Installing a GM Oil Sensor on your engine will provide a "Low Oil Pressure" Alarm to appear on the HUD.
  2. Installing a Fuel Level Sensor in your fuel tank will provide a "Low Fuel Level" Alarm on the HUD display.
  3. Installing a GM Oil Temperature Sensor on your engine will provide a "High Oil Temperature" Alarm to display
  4. Installing a + wire to the KNOT-VUE™ will provide a "Low Voltage Alarm" on the HUD display.

Note: Sensors, Limit Switches, Relays, etc. are an extra and are not included with the KNOT-VUE™ H.U.D..
